Been hearing about the festival all my life and wanted to have a look at what it is because I may come back next year for the big event. Restaurants were nice and not that pricey. Although I live in a big city so I’m kinda used to it…You still have fast food restaurants or boulangerie if you’re on a budget and need a quick bite.

The beaches are very good. The downtown area is beautiful, full of restaurantes on the street, plenty of old streets with local stores, the square is beautiful too. Waking on the cost street is very nice also. The food in europe is great, tasty but not need to hide bad quality with spicy staffs.

Cannes is perfect for a short break - 4 / 5 days. It's most famous for the Cannes Film Festival but prices during that period are ridiculously high. Quite a small room and breakfast was good, although quite expensive for what it was (however, this is Cannes!). Excellent location. We had a car so had to work around the Cannes parking system but we were lucky and managed to find metered parking outside the hotel most days. The room’s space is fair enough, and it’s clean and tidy. We checked in and out by ourselves, just followed the instructions of the host, and everything was fine. Room service is available every 3 days to change the bed sheets and towels. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be in the heart of Cannes.
